HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION THIS WINTER

We’ve been moving right along making steady progress with the 5 homes we have under construction. Actually 4, we just closed out on a Wausau Home near Antigo yesterday so that one is done until we can pour concrete in the spring. Here’s some photos…..

Beat the Wisconsin Cold!!

Here’s a picture of how we insulate our concrete basement walls. We frame the interior perimeter of the basement walls with 2 x 4 studs and the stud spaces get batt insulation. A) This gives you twice the insulation value as putting pink styrofoam on the outside of the foundation wall, B) Saves hte you the maintenance headaches of pink styrofoam on the exterior of the basement wall and best of all C) When we have the wall done, you have a jumpstart on the framing for finishing your basement. This walls accomplishes 3 purposes all in one. Here’s the basement walls on a Wausau Home that we recently completed near Antigo, Wisconsin.

Controls on the front of the appliance eliminates the requirement of a long reach across the appliance if you are using crutches, a walker or wheelchair device.

2010 SPRING HOME SHOWS

I know, I know, it’s 10 degrees out, too early to think spring. But I am. Bohm Builders will be present at 3 Home Shows this late winter and spring.
